We co-organized the 8th edition of the International Workshop on Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology (CBT) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The event brought together academics and industry professionals to present and discuss novel research on blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, scalability, and security in distributed ledger technologies. Particular attention was given to the integration of cryptographic primitives in blockchain infrastructures and the evaluation of emerging applications such as decentralized finance (DeFi).
